I drive a 2015 Ram Ecodiesl with 75,000 mile on the motor. I’m a retire senior with a limited income and expect that this will be my last truck. I do enjoy doing, when I’m able to, normal maintenance items like oil changes, fuel filters. I ordered this oil hoping that it would extend my engine like. It was shipped in a timely fashion and was packaged so that there was NO damage to the product when it arrived. I believe it has quietened motor noise some. have yet to see and significant increase in MPG. I do use Every Day diesel fuel treatment and have recently started using LX4 fuel additive.
I believe in Hot Shot Secret Products and will continue to use them. I can’t imaging owning a diesel vehicle and not using a fuel additive product. I’ve tried most and am sticking to Hot Shot Secret.

I replaced the oil pan gasket my 2011 6.7 Powerstroke with 110k miles and found nothing but sludge build up, even with religious oil changes at the manufacturers recommendations using Rotella T6. I had 15k miles on my new Powerstroke when I saw this and had the Rotella T6 tested with only 4k miles on the oil. The results of wear were ok, but the soot/contaminants were disgusting bad (assuming from regens). They recommended changing the oil due to this causing sludge build up, which resulted in me using the Blue Diamond 5w-40. Again, another great Hot Shot product. No difference in fuel economy or power, but a noticeable difference in the noise level of the top end/valve train at idle and under a load. Thanks for great products for longevity of my over priced vehicle…

Just started using oil & fuel additives.
My truck is 100% Hot Shot. I haven’t used product long enough to see any improvements. My truck ran really good before going with hotshots. Insurance police for me. Duramax with 250,000 mikes. Looking for 1,000,000 I’ve heard so much good and friends of mine using product in personal and work trucks. They have seen improvements in fuel milage less smoke.

So far so good! Hope I bought the right stuff for my 2010 Touareg TDI. Tuned and deleted so should be good. Didn’t see an oil with the VW rating. Runs quieter and smooth although it did anyway because I always ran the FR3 and use EDT double shot with every fill up. It gets the extreme about 2 times between oil changes for fun too! Can’t wait to see it it consumes any of it since I switched from Liqui Moly

50,000 miles is reasonable for the Blue Diamond. In order to get there, you will need a bypass filter such as the Frantz filter to keep the oil clean. You will also need to perform a routine oil analysis to keep an eye on the base number. You may have to add additional TBN Booster to keep the detergents in spec.
