Shipping, Return and Tax Policy

General Shipping Information
- We ship to all 50 states as well as the following countries: Canada, Australia, Mexio, Netherlands, Norway, South Africa and the UK

- We are closed for all major holidays — orders placed on holidays ship the following business day.
- Orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Monday.
- Orders placed before 12 p.m. ET typically ship the same business day.
- We collect sales tax on orders shipped to any state that requires local sales tax be added to the order total on remote purchases, including any shipping charges.
Cost of Shipping
Shipping is free within the contiguous United States for orders over $10.00. (Most orders under $10.00 are excluded, including but not limited to: discounts, coupons, rebates, points redemption in which the total discount is less than or equal to $10.00.) This policy is subject to change without notice.
Alaska, Hawaii and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You get the best rate available to us; we do not add to this expense.
How Will You Ship My Product?
Orders eligible for free shipping will ship by a carrier determined by Hot Shot’s Secret. Among the carriers we use are FedEx, UPS and USPS. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has shipped. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, you are provided with an array of shipping options at checkout, including expedited shipping when available.

You may cancel your order any time before it ships. We do have fast turnaround times, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible either by phone or email.
