For a 2007 Ford Escape w/2.3L 4cyl., would the Gray Diamond 5W-30 work? The manual calls for 5W-20 but I’ve been told that requirement is more for fuel mileage than lubrication.

I have a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Litre Hemi. Owners manual recommends 5W-20, I have been using Mobile 1 fully synthetic. I don’t see you carry a 5W-20, is safe to use the 5W-30 Euro which is the closest you carry to 5W-20, and if not, can I use the FR3 with the Mobile 1 5W-20 fully synthetic. I am currently doing the stiction eliminator (1250 miles so far). I would like to switch to your oil. Eventually all vehicles in my family will be running on your product.

I submitted a question to the Tech hot line for help in resolving a hesitation and smoother engine performance in my Audi Q7 TDI. They suggested the GDE oil (5W30). I changed the oil & Filter and ran the Q7 across Alligator Alley at higher constant speed verses typical stop and go speeds in town. The result was a significant upgrade in engine performance! I’m a committed customer!

First oil change with the 5w30 in my 2012 VW Jetta and I could tell as soon as I started it, it was quieter than whatever oil the dealer put in when I bought it. Hope to see a boost in mpg more so than I already have running the EDT in it!
