The innovation behind Diesel Injector Flush comes from identifying the needs of customers and fleets by working alongside them and reviewing OEM technical service bulletins. Diesel Injector Flush is formulated with a high cetane base, along with cleaning & lubricity additives to ensure safe engine operation during the cleaning process. The root of the issue stems from modern engines that require ultra-low sulfur diesel and higher fuel pressures, making them more prone to internal diesel injector deposits (IDIDs). IDIDs cause rough idle, reduced fuel economy, and diagnostic trouble codes such as P0263–P0278 or P1263–P1278.

The formula and treatment method provides an even deeper cleaning than Diesel Extreme and works by deeply cleaning internal and external injector deposits, restoring spray pattern, timing, and balance rates.
Diesel Injector Flush is suggested to be used during a fuel filter change as preventative maintenance, or when injectors issues are present. These issues include inconsistent injector contribution rates, the appearance of codes, or declining drivability. It helps reclaim lost fuel economy, power, and throttle response—often eliminating the need for costly injector replacement. The product can be used by filling the fuel filter or tapping into the fuel system and running the engine on the product. Regular usage has shown decreased DPF regeneration cycles, another benefit of the product.
