The Hot Shot’s Secret Pure Diamond Bypass Filter System is a supplemental oil filtration solution designed to work alongside the engine’s factory full‑flow oil filter. By filtering oil on a controlled partial‑flow basis, the Pure Diamond system removes ultra‑fine, wear‑causing contaminants that standard oil filters cannot capture—delivering continuously cleaner oil to the engine.

Pure Diamond bypass filtration helps protect critical engine components, reduce long‑term wear, and support extended oil service strategies when used as part of a complete maintenance approach.

HOW IT WORKS


  • Operates in conjunction with the OEM full flow oil filter
  • Diverts a controlled portion of oil through dense filter media at depth
  • Filters oil down to 2 microns, more than 10× finer than typical OEM filters
  • Continuously returns cleaned oil back to the system
  • Filters the entire oil supply multiple times per hour during operation

oil analysis

1. Take samples while the equipment is running and at normal operating temperature.
2. Take samples from the same point and using the same procedure each time.
3. Don’t sample directly after an oil change or after a large quantity of make-up oil has been added.
4. Take samples from flowing lines between the lubricated device and before the oil filter.
5. Clean around the sample point and flush an adequate quantity of oil through the sample piping to insure a representative sample.
6. Use the sampling materials supplied. They are clean and hold the proper quantity for the required analysis.
7. If samples are taken using a vacuum pump, use new hose for every sample to avoid cross contamination between sample points.
8. Don’t hold samples. Send samples to the laboratory as soon as possible.
