Kevin Adams leads the Research and Development team, bringing decades of experience in product testing, analysis, process design, and engineering documentation. With a background in both the chemical and automotive industries, Kevin has played a key role in the development of Hot Shot’s Secret’s most cutting-edge products.
His research into nano lubricants has been a major contributor to LSI’s innovation pipeline, helping set the Hot Shot’s Secret brand apart in a competitive market. In addition to new product development, Kevin is deeply involved in optimizing and expanding both the Hot Shot’s Secret and Frantz Filter product lines.
Before joining LSI, Kevin founded Fluid Recovery, LTD., which was acquired by the company in 2014. He previously served as a Production Engineer at FT Precision, Inc., and as Engineering Manager at Envirowave Energy. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Geneva College.
