Summary: Make outbound sales calls to qualified businesses, present products and close for Hot Shot’s Secret diesel oil and fuel additives line of products. Customer retention and handling orders for existing accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Travel to meet customers
• Generate 30 outbound sales calls daily to qualify prospects, present products and close.
• Identify and present to decision maker.
• Overcome objections.
• Create sales orders in QuickBooks.
• Respond to inbound sales calls and emails, present product and close.
• Track all Leads, Prospects and New Accounts in CRM program.
• Develop new customers through planned individual account support.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

Background in phone sales with proven success. Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills. Self-starter. Customer Focused, Creative, Flexible, Competitive and a true Sales Professional.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred. A minimum of three years of related experience.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on main responsibility – adding new accounts by presenting solution and closing business. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Reliable, and determined. Able to get along with others and be a team player. Attention to detail. Empathic communicator; able to see things from the other person’s point of view.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced level of knowledge with Microsoft Office suite, email, and QuickBooks.
