    I was impressed by the warranty for the diesel guys and when I found I could use it on my gas truck I jumped at the chance. I have a 2008 Dodge Ram pick-up with the 5.7 Hemi and I have 113,000 miles on it. I wanted to make sure I can double that so I wanted to give the stiction eliminator a try. I added both it and about 10.5 oz. of FR3 at my last oil change and will give it some time to see if I notice a change,

    I purchased my 2006 Ram TBD 4 weeks ago with 213000 miles on the clock and didn’t notice how bad the idle was at first. Pretty erratic, lots of white smoke upon start up, popping noises and about 600 rpm. I did the oil change and added the 2 quarts of stiction eliminator and put 350 miles on it. By the time the little trip was done, the idle smoothed out, quit popping and no more white smoke when I started it up the next morning. I am sure hoping that it is cleaning sticky injectors as it is advertised to do. Looking forward to putting some more miles on it and seeing if it improves or not. As of right now I can only give a 4 star rating seeing I have only put 350 miles on it. I will check back after at least 4000 miles to update my rating if necessary. But I am impressed so far. Thank you Hot Shot Secret.

      Wasn’t aware dodge utilized a HEUI system ;). Since you don’t have a HEUI system, this will not clean your sticky injectors. It will however clean the rest of the motor that the oil come in contact with.

    Was able to try out a new formula for gasoline engines in my 01 Audi A4. I was having lots of tapping and clicking from the engine bay and since I had a free offer I thought why not. So about a week into having it in a fresh oil change I can say my noises have been reduced by at least 80%. I honestly couldn’t believe it at first, especially on cold starts it would be LOUD, like bro your car sounds like a diesel. Now it’s back to being quiet with just a tiny bit of ticking which could be CCT but for all purposes I would give this product a recommendation. The first in its class to back up what the label says.

To increase the efficiency in modern diesel engines, manufacturers have increased the pressure at the tip of the injector. This increase provides for a better, more efficient burn with added power. Older injectors would put out 1,200 psi at the injector tip but the new diesel engines put out 26,200 psi at the tip. To achieve this increase in pressure, the manufacturers had to tighten the tolerance inside the injector. This increased the friction and temperature. The higher temperatures have a burning effect on the engine oil. A layer of oxidized oil and additives form, slowing down the injector and eventually stopping it altogether.
