I did a full backflush on my 2015 6.7 powerstroke and then used Hot Shot Secret yellow coolant and so it is working great. I also added a coolant filter to help with the life of my coolant system because I flush quite a bit of grit out of the system.

Would this work on a 2015 Ram EcoDiesel?

Yes this antifreeze will work great. We do recommend if you are doing more than just a “top-off”, to do a drain and refill to get the most benefits of the product.
